We are looking for a matured candidate who can work independently and deliver results. You should be resourceful in searching for candidates, either online or offline. You will be given a target of 30 candidates to recruit each month and will be rewarded based on your performance.
Find potential candidate from different sources
Post job advertisement on suitable platforms
Use job banners or word-of-mouth
Respond to enquiries from candidates
Collate and screen candidates
Conduct Interviews
Arrange second round interviews. Collate supporting document
Key-in data into our HR system
Assist in onboarding candidates
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements
A degree in any field
Any additional certification in HR preferred
Minimum 8 year experience in any field, preferably in recruitment
Good knowledge of local conditions in various towns in Myanmar will be advantageous
Result oriented, independent, resourceful
Candidates without the necessary qualifications but have an interest in this role can be considered.
