Ensure to support in recruitment process with candidates and internal departments.
Ensure to maintain proper record of all staff benefits in line company policy.
Interpret and implement Human Resources policies/process/guidelines regarding administration, benefits, compensation, etc. Should be able to propose for improvement of HR policy as necessary.
Manage and monitor internal HR systems and databases, employee information collection, analysis, and reporting; ensures on data integrity, data analysis and prepare data analysis.
Ensure to support on HR operational issue and employee benefits related complaints as necessary.
Make sure to check all benefit balance to be correct with entitlement.
Prepare communications to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government‐mandated disclosures.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor depend on the urgent and important needs.
