This role belongs to HR business partnering team and responsible for supporting and working together with HR Business Partner for the designated Value Centres and the Functions.

The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer on-boarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion.

  • Support and work closely with HRBP for effective implementation of HR policies, procedures to support the businesses and contribute the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion;
  • Responsible for acquiring knowledge of the products/processes of the VC/Function, and developing the skills required to effectively execute the day-to-day operational of the tasks assigned;
  • Follows established guidelines and procedures in identifying and resolving routine issues;
  • Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures, analyzing data and preparing reports for the HRBP supporting VCGM/FH (Personnel actions i.e. transfer, resign, dismissal and deceased case and other disciplinary actions i.e. fraud, issue warning letter etc.);
  • Builds productive and collaborative internal working relationships;
  • More experienced individuals would be expected to contribute to work flow or process change and redesign, and to exhibit broader understanding of HR process/policies/ guidelines;
  • Run for the process of employee’s exits (e.g. Retirement, Resignation, Dismissal etc.);
  • Update, maintain the integrity of defined database to support Value Centers and Function;
  • Responsible for handling the complaints and issues coming from respective VC and Functions such as Team Challenges bonus queries, Covid related cases, benefits and other matters based on the communication made;
  • Interview arrangement for the internal candidates and run an interview/ assessment for Junior level positons;
  • Onboarding process and support orientation for the new joiners such as Bank account opening, Smart HR App, KBZPay set up
  • Internal Employees’ background history checking and support HRBP for tracing the salary increment and promotion;
  • In addition to the primary responsibilities, the role holder will also be responsible for the others tasks assigned as per the needs arise.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate preferred with 1-3 years’ experience in HR field.
  • Strong MS office and computer skill
  • Can communicate in English
  • Good altitude, willing   to learn and good communication skill
