Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Provides support Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
  • Supports HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance onshore and offshore and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations. 
  • Attends pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
  • Assisst with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements
  • Conduct entire training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.
  • Provides HSE aspects of Property Tenant Enquiry Submissions as requested.
  • Assists in the development of project specific HSE procedures.
  • Conducts HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
  • Ensures all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
  • Supports HSE/M&E Team in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.
  • Assists in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required.
  • Ensures the whole building is as per desire HSE Standards.
  • Assists in all HSE related and documents works of FM department as required.
  • Leads the internal/external team to ensure all works are comply with HSE requirements or standards.
  • Ensures of all used equipment are up to the HSE standards.
  • Ensures the chemical use is as per the requirement and within the allowable range.
  • Comply with chemical and disposing local authority rules or building rules.
  • Be flexible in changing the work schedule as needed.
  • Be able to stand by on 24/7 on duty days and must response accordingly.
  • Ensures all storage area of diesel cleaning chemical are used as per local authority and recommends as per HSE requirements.
  • Log and report all accidents, dangerous occurrences, or hazards, no matter how minor, to the superior or Heads of Department.
  • Be able to be Chief Warden for ERP matters and able to develop ERP Procedures.
  • Co-operate with the company to achieve compliance with HSE rules and regulation.

Job Requirements

Knowledge

  • Having strong HSE knowledge/practices/procedures 
  • Having minimum with technical Diploma certification or degree preferable.
  • Having fire safety manager certification is compulsory. 
  • Being able to speak and read English is needed.

Expereinces 

  • Minimum 5 years experiences in safety implementations in High Rise or Class A Building or hotel experience.

Skills 

  • Communication skills for all levels of staff/tenants
  • Interpersonal skills to deal with tenants and staff issues
  • Career focused, will to grow and develop, self-driven
  • Must be patient and customer oriented
