Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Develop and implement overall HR  strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process
  3. Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  4. Overseeing exit interviews
  5. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  6. Nurture a positive working environment
  7. Oversee and implement a performance appraisal system that drives high performance based on current KPI from the head of the departments
  8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  9. Develop and implement human resources system that comply with updated labor law and regulations
  10. Conduct wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate
  11. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  12. Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven minimum 2-3 years working experience as Human resource related fields
  2. Age 30 and above
  3. People oriented and results driven
  4. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  5. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  6. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  7. Bachelor’s degree or certificate in HR related programmes
  8. Free of criminal cases and non-ethical related offenses
