To develop programs on employee relations and other organizational initiative to build a strong employee relation
Handle all staff complains to issue in a confidential sensitive manner
Provide professional orientations on Performance Appraisal to all staff members
To develop and implement Learning & Development Policy/ Strategy
To analyze training needs through Performance Review, and development annual training planner
Ensure high quality of work of all staff and develop performance and learning plan
Respond promptly and professionally to other HR requests from the Senior Management Team

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business administration/Human resource or related filed
At least 5 years’ experience in related position
Fluent in written and spoken English and Burmese
Excellence in MS Office, excel and power point
Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills with attention to details, demonstrated sound judgment and ability to manage simultaneous priorities under deadlines
Strong leadership with mentoring and coaching skills.
Problem solving skills and result oriented and team spirit
