Job Description

• Work with Sourcing Units on Shipping documents & other related documents required for Imported Raw/Packaging Materials and Finished Goods
• Manage Souring Units & Suppliers to send Document in time, check & make sure the correct documents are passing to clearance agents for custom clearance before shipments ETA
• Before importation of any Raw/Packaging & Finished Goods, prepare to get the required license and approval from related government departments
• Work with Clearance Agent to make sure shipments clearance on time for sales without any detention and demurrage charges occurred
• Work with Warehouse on Containers receipts plan
• Tracking shipments’ ETD, ETA, Clearance & Good Receiving at Warehouse
• Work with planning team to support the clearance of Materials and Finished goods according to the urgency
• Cooperate with UL global freight team whenever in need
• Check & sign on accuracy of Clearance Cost claim from clearance agents and submit to finance
• Work with finance to make sure suppliers are paid on time without any overdues
• Do Reports related to Import Shipments
• Lead & represent import operation team while working with cross-functional

Job Requirements

• Any bachelor’s degree, preferably Supply Chain/ Logistics Management, Business Administration/ Management holder
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in related field
• English: must be able to communicate in both verbally and written
• Be able to use Microsoft office especially in Advanced Excel experience required
• Great interpersonal, leadership and communication skills with team
