Job Experience & Skill Required:
* More than 4 years of incident response experience in the banking or telecommunication industry
* ITIL Certification is a must
* Hands-on experience with NOC
* Detailed understanding of incident response processes (detection, triage, incident analysis, remediation, and reporting)
* Hands-on experience with the full-cycle incident response (mitigation, correction, prevention)
