One of the Largest Bank Holding & Financial Services Company are looking for the Innovation Manager.

• Direct Person for Design, plan & launch innovation to deliver company growth goals and ensure a robust multi-year innovation pipeline
• Design and run user surveys, focus groups and ethnographic studies to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
• Assist in building a culture of innovation in every company department.
• Build compelling business cases that demonstrate a deep understanding of consumer insights and unmet needs, marketplace trends, competitive environment, and customer interest
• Experiment with new concepts, fail fast, and pivot.
• Develop, review, and track the internal projects with senior management.
• Provide status reports to senior management regularly. Work closely with internal and external resources to turn product ideas into viable new projects
• Lead executional excellence commercializing new products: on strategy, on time and on budget.
• Monitor products and market situation.
• Evaluate Existing product efficiency and develop new product.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Repatriate or Myanmar nationals considered
   
• Must have over 5 years experiences with similar roles
• Fluency in English
   
• Must have an innovative mindset that challenges the status quo for the benefit of company, employees, and society
   
• Experience of digital services, digital project management, UI/UX design or app development highly desirable.
   
• Prefer those candidates who have strong experience and good knowledge in Microfinance, Fintech, Banking and Finical Marker.
