  • Conduct internal audits for branch and head office operations
  • Review loan processes, cash handling, and financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with microfinance policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Identify risks, fraud, and operational weaknesses
  • Prepare audit findings and recommend corrective actions
  • Follow up on audit issues and improvements
  • Support strengthening of internal control systems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • (2–3) years experience in auditing, accounting, or microfinance
  • Knowledge of loan processes and branch operations is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • High integrity and attention to detail
  • Willing to travel to branches
