Internal Events Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute internal student events, including budgeting, invitations, and implementation.
Collaborate with marketing and event teams on promotional materials and center decorations.
Track event performance through insightful reporting and feedback collection.
Support student engagement by preparing study plans, monitoring progress, and encouraging renewals.
Foster a positive student experience through proactive communication and activity participation.

Job Requirements

Required Competencies:

Strong communication skills in both Myanmar and English (minimum WSE Level 10).
Creative and organized with experience in event planning.
Collaborative, adaptable, and results-driven.
Passionate about building relationships and enhancing student engagement.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Public Relations preferred.
Professional sales or communications background is a plus.
