The individual in this role is responsible for a broad range in producing reports and information using data from core system in line with management requirement and the responsibilities include investigating and analysing data integrity and management issues and providing appropriate supports.

Monitor and implement appropriate processes for reporting and provide clarity for the following;
Reporting format at different levels e.g. Audit & Risk Committee meetings, Executive Management Team meetings, Board Meetings, Management/ Board Credit Committee, etc.
Quality of information and the agreed governance process to verify accuracy / accountability
Perform the research of drivers of significant change in the portfolio
Review/contribute to the establishment of policies and procedures that support portfolio management initiatives, such as the recording and reporting of lending exceptions, leveraged loans, Concentration of the overall portfolio aspect etc., with consideration given to the reporting element of such policies/procedures
Liaise with technology team to raise, track and resolve data and system/ maintenance issues.
Determine the completeness of Product Programs especially in consideration of credit risks.
