Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Ensure accuracy of product inventories against system records by verifying inventory count conducted by the Warehouse Department and following appropriate guidelines released by Accounting Department
  • Evaluate and analyze inventory variances and implement preventive countermeasures based on the result of inventory variance analysis
  • Monitor inventory transactions diligently
  • Reconcile inventory accounts to the general ledger and prepare monthly journal entries in a timely manner
  • Develop inventory analysis reports in a timely manner
  • Assist in the improvement of internal controls related to inventory
  • Immediately report to Warehouse Manager, Directors of Sales & Marketing and Director of Finance and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments
  • Maintain complete inventory control and warehouse records and manuals
  • Ensure the integrity and completeness of all warehouse records and manuals
  • Collaborate and provide advice and support to other departments on inventory control and warehouse matters
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
  • Perform other related duties and required of the Warehouse Department
  • Follow instructions from and report to the Warehouse Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Preferred basic accounting knowledge (LCCI – Level 3)
  • Strong communications and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Gmai
  • Proficient advance excel skills
  • Can work collaboratively in teams
  • Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions
