Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in managing inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely replenishment and delivery of critical items.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions in ERP/warehouse management systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and generate reports on usage, shortages, and forecasted demand.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures
  • Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving
  • Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory
  • Support emergency sourcing of materials to avoid downtime in drilling, production, or refinery operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of inventory or warehouse management experience, preferably in the oil & gas or energy sector.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively with all levels of the company and suppliers.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts, solve problems and pay attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel) and inventory management software.
  • Ability to evaluate the performance of staff under direct supervision..
