Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Collaborate with logistics Team to evaluate and respond to new order requests and sales
  • opportunities.
  • Prepare profit & loss (P&L) analyses for new quotations and report directly to the Executive Director .
  • Actively support tender processes and client engagement efforts to secure new business opportunities."
  • Develop and deliver transport-related presentations to support business development activities
  • Monitor and control transport costs and implement return cargo (backhaul) strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team on invoicing and payment processes.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers to sustain cargo volume and secure additional business.
  • Proactively address daily operational issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Planning and assign trucks and drivers on various routes and business nature.
  • To ensure drivers are following their routes properly and making all of their deliveries and pickups.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inland transportation or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Proven ability to manage fleets and vendor relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics systems and transport performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
