Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure proper goods or services were received.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to address inquiries, clarify invoice details, and resolve payment-related matters.
Accurately input invoice data into accounting systems or software, maintaining consistency and integrity of records.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, approvals, and payment transactions.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
