IT Infrastructure & Security
Manage and maintain company servers and ensure data backup and recovery systems are functional.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
Provide support for computer hardware, software, and related troubleshooting.
Ensure internet, Wi-Fi, and email systems are secure, reliable, and accessible.
Manage access control systems, including door access and user authentication.
Support website posting, ensuring system integration with sales and marketing needs.
Monitor and maintain CCTV, TV, and car GPS systems for security and operational efficiency.
Equipment & Facility Management
Manage and service office IT devices such as printers, extension phone lines, and electronic equipment.
Oversee purchase, installation, and maintenance of IT and electronic devices.
Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of air-conditioning, electrical systems, and related facilities.
User & System Support
Set up and manage email accounts for new and existing users.
Provide ongoing IT support to employees across all departments.
Ensure smooth system usage and provide training if necessary.
Future Development (ERP & CRM)
Collaborate with management on future ERP & CRM projects.
Provide technical insights and coordinate with vendors/developers for system customization.
Ensure ERP and CRM solutions are aligned with company needs and business growth.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement through ERP and CRM.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and facility management.
Strong knowledge of servers, networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and system integration.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (preferred).
Experience with security systems (CCTV, GPS, door access).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency in English (preferred).
Willing to work after office hours when necessary
