Job Description

  • Provide first-level support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including hardware malfunctions, software faults, and network issues.
  • Create user accounts, provide technical training, and assist users with their IT needs.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, and other assets.
  • Create documentation for technical processes and user support purposes.
  • Test and evaluate new technology to ensure it meets the organization's needs.
  • CCTV maintenance and support.
  • Experience on Procurement process and vendor management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Over 2 years working experience of IT industries.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Technical Management, analysis of servers, Hardware, Software, Firewalls and Mikrotik Devices.
  • Hands-on experience with computers, network devices, administration of servers and installation of IT Products.
  • Preferable skills of Firewalls, VPN, Linux and Microsoft Window Servers.
  • Other Skills such as troubleshooting, Networking, routing, switching and document preparation are required.
  • Strong diagnostic and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and other technical staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
