An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners and strengthening the IT infrastructure.
Checking computer network and electrical safety and maintaining records of software licenses.
Basic IT supports (Network connectivity, device setup, hardware troubleshooting, software and email)
Computer maintenance, application support, printer support (setup, toner replacement, refill paper)
Inventory management and IT document supporting
Responsible in a timely manner to user issues and requests
Reporting monthly trouble shooting problems and IT records

Job Requirements

Any Graduated with related IT/Network Diploma (or) professional certificate.
Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
Good understanding of computer hardware/software configuration
Computer maintenance and networking skills .
Ability to deal with colleague's technical issues (hardware, software installation, network etc.)
Good accurate records keeping
