  • Able to provide software, antivirus installation, configuration.
  • Ability to deliver windows, office installation, email configuration.
  • Install and maintain Local Area Network System LAN / WLAN
  • Maintain Internet related equipment such as Routers, Access Points, Switches, Firewalls
  • Network cabling, termination, IP configuration, Connection testing
  • Network sharing (Files, FTP, Printer)
  • Domain AD user support knowledge
  • Maintain and update antivirus programs and prevent viruses to office resources. 
  • Provide daily IT support for other colleagues.
  • Maintain, repair and replace (as needed) Computer Hardware, Software and other IT related peripherals
  • Responsible to fix the repairable IT items or send them to workshop.
  • Maintain current list of IT Inventory, filling the IT item damage report for ICT lab.
  • Analyze and recommend optimal solutions for any new problem.
  • Ability to coordinate in technical activities for staffs and clients

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ in related IT experience.
  • Computer repair and maintenance.
  • Server and network knowledge.
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and good communication skills (both written and spoken English) is more preferable
