  • Sets up and configures desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level
  • Installs software and repairs hardware and peripherals
  • Provides basic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for computer equipment and may assist with testing personal computers and peripherals on a network versus software problems.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issue and requests
  • Setting up accounts for new users ( Email, AD, Finger Print
  • Documented and maintained supply of all required inventory
  • Provides orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment

Job Requirements

  • Proven (5) years working experience in similar roles
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
  • B.C.Sc/ M.C.Sc/ B.C.Tech/ M.C.Tech (or) Any graduated with IT related certificate/diploma
