Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  1. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software (desktops, laptops, operating systems, and applications).
  2. Provide setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for printers.
  3. Support and maintain basic network infrastructure, including LAN, switches, and cabling.
  4. Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including LAN-based cameras and structured cabling.
  5. Monitor system performance and ensure uptime of IT and network-related equipment.
  6. Diagnose and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site.
  7. Maintain proper documentation for IT assets, network diagrams, and service reports.
  8. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Job Requirements

  1. Any Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Relevant IT or networking certifications will be an added advantage (CompTIA A+ , Network+)
  3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
  4. Experience with printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  5. Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, IP addressing, switches, routers).
  6. Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, LAN cameras, and structured cabling.
  7. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and independently.
