1.        Managing and ensuring smooth running & well-functioning of IT department

2.       Monitoring, managing, advising on all IT Infrastructures

3.       Monitoring, reviewing and ensuring effective implementation of IT Policies, SOPs and Manuals

4.       Planning, monitoring, managing and supporting all IT Projects and Systems

5.       Proposing, initiating, managing and budgeting all IT related planning, projects and systems

6.       Monitoring, managing, advising and resolving all IT ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) and other related IT systems

7.       Designing, modifying and integrating IT system and database workflow to up-to-date with business process and structure

8.       Managing and resolving IT related matters and ensuring its compliance

9.       Developing and maintaining IT team's spirit, setting and evaluating IT team's KPI, job description, performance and development

10.   Maintaining and building good relationship and collaboration with departments and external partners

11.   Performing other tasks as assigned by top management

1.       Bachelor degree in IT or other related fields.
2.       As least 3-4 years experiences in Managertial level of IT
3.       Excellent interpersonal skill and experience in dealing & negotiating with management & system administrator.
4.       Broad knowledge & experience in IT service management, ERP system, IT Infrastructure and IT security.
5.       Excellent supervisory and problem- solving skills.
6.       Good organizational of time management skills
