The IT Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and technology services across Hillman Land's business units, including Real Estate Development, Housing Management, and Serviced Villas. The role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of all IT operations while supporting business growth through technology innovation and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Management
• Develop and execute the company's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations across head office, project sites, housing management
offices, and serviced villas.
• Recommend and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop annual IT budgets and monitor IT-related expenditures.
• Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Infrastructure Management
• Manage servers, network infrastructure, internet connectivity, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and wireless networks.
• Ensure high system availability and business continuity.
• Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance.
• Oversee cloud services and data storage solutions.
IT Support
• Lead the IT support team to provide timely technical assistance.
• Ensure prompt resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for IT support.
• Support users across corporate offices, construction sites, sales galleries, housing management offices, and serviced villas.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies.
• Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, firewall security, and access controls.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and security audits.
• Ensure regular data backup and disaster recovery planning.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents and minimize operational risks. Business Systems
• Manage ERP, Accounting, Procurement, CRM, Property Management Systems (PMS), and other business applications.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify system improvement opportunities.
• Lead software implementation and system upgrades.
• Ensure data integrity and system availability.
Vendor & Asset Management
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Evaluate and procure IT hardware, software, and licenses.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
Project Management
• Plan and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate technology upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.
• Set departmental KPIs and monitor team performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
• Foster a customer-focused IT service culture.
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain software licensing compliance.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), VMware, Fortinet, AWS, Azure, or PMP are preferred.  Minimum 7–10 years of IT experience.

• At least 3–5 years in an IT management or leadership role.
• Experience in real estate, construction, property management, hospitality, or serviced apartments is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multi-site IT operations
