Role Summary:
- The role is being positioned to assist the General Manager to bring together all the key stakeholders of the said initiative, which is in-line with business plans endorsed by management.
- The role holder would be assisting the team to follow up closely on the implementation of the project and manage risks as well as to escalate issues to the appropriate forum for resolution/mitigation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, Manage and execute an IT Strategic Plan, policies, procedures and standards applicable to all areas of IT including IT Infrastructure, hardware, software, communications and information services, and planning and controlling of IT resources (budgets, staffing, hardware, network infrastructure and software etc)
- Enable successful impletmentation of ERP Project as well as other upcoming large and more complex information system projects in the company
- Ability to manage ongoing complex technology programs, including SAP Business One, HRMS, Convenience Store POS System and Fuel Station Management System
- Vendor Management with respect to cost efficiency and quality of service
- Develop, implement, and educate on IT policies and procedures.
- Manage the support needs of the branch office.
- Coordinate and support the company in new IT initiatives and developments.
- Responsible for IT Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plan, enforcing systems security plolicies and procedures, enhancing IT Service Management, aligning IT strategies and business plans.
