A Good Opportunity for ..

We are seeking an experienced individual to help us increase the effectiveness and impact of our Accounting & Finance Department. This person will work in partnership with all department of the organization. This role will report to General Manager (Sales & Marketing), Accounting & Finance Manager.

  • Administration and manage of IT system, network, PABX and storage.
  • Administration of window server, ADDS, DHCP, file Server which hosted on VMware Hypervisor.
  • Maintain Office Network reliability and securely establish connection.
  • Administrator and set up Firewall policies to make End-Points secured via FortiGate.
  • Daily IT software troubleshooting and support End-Users’ problems.
  • Database maintenance for NAV Resource Planning system.
  • Administration of O365 suite including Exchange, AD Sync, OneDrive.
  • Set up and repair IT hardware such as Laptop & Desktop PC, UPS, Projector, Printers & Fingerprint.

Managing IT related assets, documentation, budget planning and subscription of O365.

Vendor relation with IT Infra products & services, Web Hosting & Domain management.

Participate Ads creatives, social media management and digital marketing best practices

  • Any Graduate.
  • More prefer Certificate/ Diploma in Computer or Information Technology field.
  • Need to communicate in English well.
  • At least (3) years and more work experience in relevant field.
