Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into insightful and actionable business metrics and dashboards.
Design and develop compelling data visualizations and reports that provide clear, meaningful insights to non-technical business users.
Define and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary for all business metrics. Ensure all BI solutions adhere to established standards for data governance, security, and quality.
Map business metrics to underlying datasets, manage the extraction of data from various sources, and maintain the integrity of the data flow from source to dashboard.
Responsible for data extraction, data creation, and the maintenance of existing data flow.
Perform duplicate data record check and data accuracy validation and work closely with cross functional teams and business stakeholders.
Optimize Power BI reports, data models, queries, and data-processing processes to improve performance and refresh efficiency.
Ensure BI solutions follow agreed standards for data governance, security, data quality, and development.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, data flow documentation, report specifications, and project-related documentation.
Continuously explore and adopt new BI, data, cloud, and analytics technologies to improve reporting and business decision-making.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data-related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, and report optimization.
Experiences with Python, PHP, ETL tools and SQL scripting languages.
Knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse (DWH), Dataflows, and related data engineering components.
Willingness to learn, adopt new tools and technologies.
Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
