Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware (eg: desktops, printers, scanners, tablets and biometric devices), software, networks and internet connectivity support
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
  • Talking to users to determine the nature of problems
  • Responding to breakdowns
  • Repairing equipment and replacing parts
  • Maintaining records of software licenses
  • Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
  • T24 Core Banking System, UT Net and UT Mobile application support (User management, Products creation, Teller, Interest, and Charges)
  • Supports Test Team in defect analysis and fixing and test support
  • Liaise with Development Team and 3rd party vendors (eg SG Group / Temenos helpdesk) to analyse and resolve incidents or support the resolution of underlying problem
  • Resolves T24 related incidents or completes service requests on agreed due date
  • Ability to troubleshoot and find root cause of defects/issues by investigating code/data
  • Manage problems escalated to third-party suppliers /providers
  • Handling the daily issues and requirements come from branches
  • Provide system training of T24, UT Net and UT Mobile to end users
  • Morning Checking (System – UT Mobile, UT Net, T24)
  • Daily Checklist and Data Entry
  • End of Day (EOD) and Day Begin running
  • Some IT Procurement (if need)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any graduated
  • Minimum 2 or 3 years of relevant working experience in related field
  • Interpersonal Skills, Organized, result driven, analytical and numerate
  • Good communication in Spoken and Written English
  • More prefer banking or microfinance experience if have
  • Branches visit have to go if required.
  • System Training is able to be given to branches if need.
