Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Able to guide and mentor the team leader
• Able to do assigned task by supporting the customer requirement
• Able to perform working plan of entire project and project estimation under the guidance of the Project Manager
• Able to lead and coordinating with project members
• To take responsibility for project members evaluation
• Able to arrange appropriate resource depends on the project situation

Job Requirements

Skills and Requirements
• At least 7 years’ experience in System Development
• At least 3 years’ experience of project management
• Project Management Experience of tasks scheduling, quality control, progress and issues management
• Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skills
• Can manage resource of 20-30 members
• Good Command of English and can communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3 and above)
