Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

 Review business and functional requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and
testability
 Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases for system enhancements and new
projects
 Execute system, integration, and regression testing across multiple platforms
 Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
 Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
 Ensure quality standards are met before system deployment
 Perform post-deployment validation (smoke testing) and support issue analysis
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall system quality

Job Requirements

 Strong understanding of the SDLC and testing methodologies
 Hands-on experience designing and executing test cases.
 Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is a plus
 Understanding of insurance processes (policy lifecycle, claims, premium) is an advantage
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Excellent communication and coordination skills
 High attention to detail and quality mindset
