An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Our teams are from Singapore, Vietnam and Myanmar. For this particular job, you will be in charge of our company recruitment activities in Myanmar. 

Work Location : Hybrid (WFH + WFO at Yangon)

  1. Manage various routes for recruitment (company career website; social media; internet job boards ; University alumni resources; recommendation from the employees; clients; Headhunters; Society of HR staffs; On-line advertising; tech associations; events, etc.).
  2. Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their motivators
  3. Identify and attract the most qualified and diverse talent for our open technical positions.
  4. Contact references to determine a candidate’s and conduct background check on selected candidates.
  5. Respond and follow up with the candidates after interviews.
  6. Maintain a good relationship with candidates for future and/or unexpected hiring need
  7. Build up candidates’ database.
  8. Prepare offer letters.
  9. Assist Human Resource Department in organizing company events, job affairs Physical preparing for the events related with recruitment

Job Requirements

1. Experience in IT recruitment. We are open for Junior (1-2 yrs), Senior (2yrs+) and Lead Recruiter (5yrs+).

2. Bachelor degree, preferably in IT or HR
3. Knowledge to handle whole process of recruitment
4. Attitude to complete missions timely (Responsibility, Initiatives)
5. English Communications (Intermediate)
6. Good communicator and good at multitasking
7. Ability to work independently under high pressure and meet deadlines
8. Skill to use various Microsoft software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
