Assist in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and learning materials based on organizational needs and objectives.Support the coordination of training schedules and resources to ensure the smooth execution of training activities.Provide administrative support for training activities, including managing training materials, participant registrations, and training evaluation processes.Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.Assist in the facilitation of training sessions, workshops, and presentations, as needed, to ensure effective learning experiences.Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in training and development, contributing to the continuous improvement of training practices.
