  • Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
  • Provide technical support to users (onsite and remote)
  • Ensure system security, data protection, and network reliability
  • Manage and maintain VPN access to ensure secure connectivity
  • Handle system setup, upgrades, and new IT implementations
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for support, procurement, and solutions
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation (hardware, software, network)
  • Monitor system performance and optimize network efficiency
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support
  • Strong knowledge of networks, systems, and IT architecture

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux systems
  • Experience with network management and infrastructure setup
  • Hands-on experience with VPN configuration, management, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection
  • Familiar with cloud solutions and enterprise applications
