We’re looking for an experienced Odoo professional to join our team and help optimize, troubleshoot, and enhance our use of Odoo. \

Job  Description

  • Diagnose and resolve issues within our Odoo platform, with a strong focus on POS
  • Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting
  • Analyze workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and performance
  • Customize and configure Odoo modules as needed
  • Troubleshoot and support POS hardware (terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners, payment devices, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational challenges and implement solutions
  • Ensure system stability, reliability, and data integrity

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Odoo (multiple versions preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Odoo POS
  • Solid understanding of Odoo modules, configurations, and integrations
  • Experience with debugging, problem-solving, and system optimization
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with POS hardware, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework is a plus
