Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Deliver end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage virtual machines and firewall systems for secure operations.
  • Configure and maintain MikroTik and Ubiquiti access points.
  • Understanding of networking technologies (wired and wireless)
  • Administer Office 365 services and user accounts.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange environments.
  • Implement and monitor networking technologies to ensure reliability and security.
  • Provide regular IT training to users.
  • Administer IT asset inventories, ensuring records are kept fully up to date
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation and articles for the knowledge base
  • Participate in all IT-related procurement

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in user support and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 administration.
  • Detailed knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite including installing, configuring and support within a network environment
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and firewall configuration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Environments.
  • Solid understanding of networking technologies and protocols.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, with 4 -5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
