  • Installing and configuring our employee computer systems.
  • Responding to aSure branch IT support requests.
  • Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
  • Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
  • Offering solutions that meet the needs of the day to day issue.
  • Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
  • Maintaining good relations with internal team and branch.
  • Tracking and managing work records. - Compiling job reports.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc holder and IT Diploma preferred.
  • Age (25~30) years
  • Must have at least (2) to (3)years of working experience in related field
  • Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
  • CCNA
  • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
