Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support branch queries and issues for quick resolution within the agreed timelines.
  • Daily Monitoring of the application performance and rectify if any functions are slow.
  • Help the Testing for New Requirements at UAT environment and Implementation on Production.
  • Supporting for End of Day as per duty arrangement.
  • Learn CBS Modules and functional features
  • Communicating with branches and providing phone support, if required.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving level-0 technical issues.
  • Escalations and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Making recommendations to improve operational efficiency

 

Detail Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide live production support in daily business operations to achieve 99.6% uptime.
  • Testing the released fixes and any changes on UAT for future production deployment.
  • Live Issue analysis and simulation of issue in UAT.
  • Providing resolution of the issues faced by user on FLEXCUBE application.
  • FLEXCUBE EOD support such as Checking Pending Authorization for all branches, solving errors for branches, delete pending/wrong transactions when they can’t delete in production.
  • Provide for User Change Requests Form Other Departments and Branch Request Form.
  • New Branch creation Setup
  • Branch User Creation and modify
  • CBM Net User creation and modify
  • OwnLink and CLink User creation and modify
  • Reporting app user creation and modify
  • New GL creation and modify
  • Support for all Branches of EODM run
  • Interest Reconciliation Manual and System end of the month
  • Support OLS data insert and check and inform to OLS team
  • Provide FLEXCUBE Functional support to Branches to clarify their complaints on system error/user data error.
  • FLEXCUBE Modules, understand the functionality and provide independent first level of support
  • Perform other occasional and related duties as required and assigned like branch roll-outs
  • Technical expertise on Oracle DB and Pl/Sql.

Job Requirements

Job specification

  • Minimum education is B.C.Sc, B.C.Tech, BE(IT)  or related IT fields.
  • At least 3 years working experience in IT field.
  • Experience in oracle PLSQL/SQL, Function.
  • Knowledge in banking and financial services.
  • Good Communication Skills, Problem solving Skills, Teamwork Skills.
  • Experience in Core Banking applications is preferred.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Understand Business Requirement clearly.
