Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. Make sure all cash advance withdrawal are claim back within timeline and check authorized signatures on the payment voucher as per on The Standard Level of Authority Policy.
  2. Primary responsibility is to enter the payment vouchers in to the ERP system.
  3. Prepare account reconciliation (Cash, Bank, Liabilities, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Accruals) and Sub-Ledgers.
  4. Handle Cash Deposit/ Withdrawal from banks.
  5. Need to go and submit the documents to Internal Revenue Department (if necessary).
  6. Assist with the month end closing procedures within corporate reporting timeline.
  7. Assist with preparation of Audit sampling package for external and internal audits.
  8. Support cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs).
  9. Assist the Head of Finance Department and attend the meeting together (if necessary).
  10. Other projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, B.com or LCCI Level III at least 1-year experience in accounting and finance field.
  2. Well knowledge of ERP Software preferred.
  3. Proficiency with E-mail and Microsoft Office application ; especially in Excel
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all level of employees, management and external agencies to maximize performance creativity, problem solving and results
  6. Can communicate in Burmese and English preferred.
  7. Ability to deliver accurate, high quality works and reports to deadlines and to required standards
