An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Write daily payment and receipt voucher with complete attached & sign.
  • Write cash book for daily transaction and prepare cash request & pretty cash.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial statement.
  • Must be able to allocate relevant responsibilities within the department.
  • To control income and expenditures and to update ledgers, Trial balance, Cash summary.
  • Check ground stock by monthly at veterinary warehouse.
  • Prepare and check customer receivable and payable lists by daily or weekly.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Superior verbal communication skills and team work skill.
  • Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedure.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree (Preferable with B.Com)
  • Must have Diploma LCCI Level (III).
  • Minimum 2 and above years of accounting experience in Distribution field.
  • Proficient in the use in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, including Lookups and other Excel functions.
