Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions, ensuring entries are accurate andproperly filed.
  • Help monitor and manage clinic inventory, including basic tracking of supplies andsupporting periodic stock counts.
  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receivables, including coordinating withvendors and internal teams.
  • Support monthly closing activities by helping prepare basic financial reports anddocumentation.
  • Coordinate with the head office finance team to address simple accounting issuesand ensure records are complete for internal use and audit purposes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Additional accounting certifications (e.g., LCCI Level III, ACCA Part I) will be anadvantage.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
