Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  1. Issue invoices 
  2. Set-up new product code to software.
  3. Prepare Damage and Damage Detection input to excel and software.
  4. Checking and prepare sale return data submit to excel and software.
  5. Monthly stock taking.
  6. Checking good receive note (purchase) data input to excel and software.
  7. Create and maintain detailed inventory data of all incoming, outgoing, customer payable data and ground inventory.
  8. All inventory transaction process.
  9. Monthly and Yearly summary report inventory, customer payable, Damage, sale return and purchase.
  10. Summarize all report to Senior Accountant and Chief Accountant.
  11. Other duties assigned by Senior Accountant and CA.

Job Requirements

  1. Any Graduate with LCCI level-2/3 -UK and Other related certification.
  2. At least 2 years experience in similar positon.
  3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft  Excel, including Lookups and other excel fuction.
  4. Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Superior verbal communication skills and team work skills.
  6. Able to work under pressure.
