  • Branch များ၏ တစ်လတာ အရောင်း Voucher များ နှင့် Return, Change and Repurchase Voucher များစစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
  • တစ်လတာ Received Voucher , Payment Voucher , Advance Voucher နှင့် အိမ်ခြေ Voucher, အိမ်ခြေငွေရ Voucher များအား သတ်မှတ်ချက်နှင့် ညီ၊ မညီစစ်ဆေးခြင်း နှင့် စစ်ဆေးသည့်နေ့၏ ငွေအဝင် အထွက်များအား သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Cash Check, Tax Check များဖြင့် စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
  • Branch များ၏ Stock Document, ကုန်ချိန်ငွေချိန် နှင့် AR and Advance Summary များ နှင့် Cash Book Summary များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
  • Repair File များတွင် AR ပိတ်ထားသော အထည်များအတွက် ငွေကောက်ခံရရှိခြင်း ရှိမရှိ နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Inventory တွင် Adjust လုပ်ထားခြင်းရှိမရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
  • Junior Auditor များ တင်ပြလာသော Issues များကို ဖြေရှင်းပေးရခြင်း။
  • အသစ်ဝင် ဝန်ထမ်းများအား သင်ကြားပြသခြင်း နှင့် ဌာနဆိုင်ရာစည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများ သင်ကြားပြသခြင်း။
  • အသစ်ဝန်ထမ်း စစ်ထားသော စာရင်းများအား ပထမတစ်လအတွက် Overall ပြန်စစ်ဆေးပေးခြင်း။
  • Sale Advance Vr များတွင် ရွှေစရံဆိုပါက ထိုနေ့ပေါက်ဈေးဟုတ်၊မဟုတ်နှင့် စရံရှင်းသောနေ့တွင် 16ပဲရည်ဆိုပါက 100% နှင့် 15ပဲရည်ဆိုပါက 80% ပေးခဲ့ပါက စရံပေးခဲ့သောနေ့ရွှေဈေးဖြင့် တွက်မတွက် စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။   စရံ ပြန်သုံး ရာတွင် မူရင်း စရံ Vr တွဲပေးထား၊ မထားစစ်ဆေးခြင်း။ စရံသုံးပီးပါက Sale Advance Sheet တွင် Closing Amount Balance ပိတ်၊ မပိတ်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
  • Return, Change, Repurchase Vr (Diamond, PT, Gold) များ အား သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Policy များနှင့် အညီ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
  •  
  • Repair File တွင် AR ပိတ်ထားသော အထည်များအတွက် ငွေကောက်ခံထားခြင်း ရှိ ၊ မရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် ဆိုင်ထည် ပြင်ဆင်ဆိုပါက သက်ဆိုင် ရာ Inventory တွင် Adjust လုပ်ထားခြင်းရှိ ၊မရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
  • Customer မယူဖြစ်သောကြောင့် Cancel ချသော Vr များတွင် Received ပြန်ဝင် ၊ မဝင် စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။ အခွန်များပြန်အမ်းထားမှု ရှိ ၊မရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
  • Received & Payment Vr များစစ်ဆေးရာတွင် (Promotion ကာလတွင် မဲပေါက်သော Item များ) Payment ချရာတွင် သက်ဆိုင် Attach များ တွဲပေးထားမှု စုံ၊မစုံ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။နယ်ပို့ခများ Payment ချရာတွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လိုအပ်သော Slip များတွဲပေးထားမှု ရှိ ၊မရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။ Payment ချရာတွင်သုံးသော Form များ မှန်ကန်မှု ရှိ ၊ မရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
  • Urgent Ground များစစ်ဆေးရာတွင် စစ်ဆေးမှုပြုလုပ်သော Item အလိုက် Gram ချိန်, Qty နှင့် Density များစစ်ဆေးပေးရခြင်းနှင့် မြေပြင်လက်ကျန်နှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိ ၊ မရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
  • ဌာနတာဝန်ခံမှ အခါအားလျော်စွာပေးအပ်မည့် တာဝန်များ ထမ်းဆောင်ရန်။
  • ကုမ္ပဏီမှ အခါအားလျော်စွာကျင်းပပြုလုပ်မည့် Event များတွင် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

  • မိမိလုပ်ဆောင်ရမည့်တာဝန်များအပေါ် တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှု ရှိရပါမည်။
  • တာဝန်လွှဲအပ်လျှင်ဖြစ်စေ၊ နေ့စဉ်အစီရင်ခံစာပေးပို့လျှင်ဖြစ်စေ၊ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများ နှင့်အညီ ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီးနောက် သက်ဆိုင်ရာပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တို့၏ လက်ခံရရှိကြောာင်း လက်မှတ်များ ရယူထားရမည်။
