The Junior Content Specialist will be responsible to increase customer engagement, provide creative contents, support in creating campaigns
and initiatives to increase traffic, functionality utilization and time spent on application by individual customers.

• Support content strategy and content calendars for internal Official Accounts together with freelancers and internal stakeholders to achieve required deadline and quality.
• Conduct industry and topics related research to develop original content for Official Accounts
• Create the articles (short, medium, long length articles) in line with the content calendar
• Work closely with graphic designers to work on the visual workflow
• Understand different target audience to adjust tone of voice accordingly
• Manage new engagement initiatives for internal Official Accounts
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and incorporate them into engagement content
• Brainstorm creative ideas and new engagement initiatives for internal
  Official Accounts

• Minimum Bachelors’ degree (or) Third Year University Student.
• At least 1 years’ experience in digital marketing or customer experience
• Preferably a tech savvy, movie fan, football fan and sports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial; able to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
• Familiarity with graphic editing tools such as Photoshop preferred
