Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Daily check abormal alarm for RAN sites (Power / Wireless / Transmission)
  • Need to use the  monitoring platform system for alarm checking
  • Driving to meet the ground team's reduced MTTR
  • Need to follow up daily team activity
  • Use several communication channels to periodically update the client on your progress (Mail, Viber,etc)
  • Collect record and Reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) for the quantity of incidents to Team Leader
  • Handle the WO/TT system as per Customer requirement and need to prepare report as necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (EC, IT, EP)
  • Preferable (1) Year work experience in related field 
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good in email, Internet and Microsoft office
