- Implement focus on supporting, troubleshooting and maintaining, fix broadband and wireless broadband
- Support procedures to install, configure and maintain physical and virtual
- Provide scheduled reporting to management on health of infrastructure
- Work with team to proactively ensure proper performance

Job Requirements

- University Degree (Technical/ Engineering/ IT)
- New technology graduates (Electrical and Communications Engineering, IT) are welcome
- One year experience in telecommunications would be preferable
- Understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
- Troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, routers, switch
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Dependable and flexible when necessary
- Experience/ focus on fix broadband, wireless broadband and ISP
