1. Daily Machine Inspection

• Conduct daily pre-production inspections of machine power, air pressure, water supply, lubrication, moving parts, safety guards, emergency stops, noise, leakage, and temperature.
• Maintain Daily Machine Checklist and record EDI water and pH results.

2. Tube Filling & Sealing Machine Support

• Assist with tube mould/format part changeovers under Senior Engineer supervision.
• Clean and inspect tube guides, holders, change parts, and sealing units.
• Perform basic checks for machine jamming and prepare required tools and parts for changeovers.

3. Mixer & Production Equipment Support

• Support cleaning and inspection of vacuum mixers, pumps, valves, homogenizers, gaskets/seals, and heating/cooling systems.
• Perform minor machine adjustments as required.

4. Utility Equipment Support

• Conduct daily basic inspections of oil-free air compressors, EDI/water systems, and air-conditioning systems.
• Monitor operating conditions, pressure, temperature, filters, leakage, drainage, and abnormal noise.

5. Preventive Maintenance Support

• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules and lubrication plans.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and update maintenance records after completion.

6. Breakdown Support

• Report machine faults promptly to the Plant/Maintenance Engineer.
• Assist with minor repairs and machine test runs under Senior Engineer supervision.
• Support spare parts replacement and repair activities.

7. Spare Parts & Tools Control

• Maintain tools and change parts systematically.
• Organize moulds/format parts by tube size and monitor spare parts stock.
• Report stock levels below the minimum requirement.

Qualifications

• AGTI (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics)
• GTI or Technical School Certificate
• Candidates with industrial machine maintenance experience are preferred.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing/factory experience is preferred.
• Experience in machine maintenance will be an advantage.
