  • Assist in planning and coordinating daily service activities, installations, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor service call assignments, response times, and job completion.
  • Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues and escalations.
  • Ensure proper availability and usage of tools, spare parts, and service resources.
  • Communicate service plans, delays, and resolutions clearly to customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for installations, demonstrations, and after-sales commitments.

  • Bachelor of Engineering EP, MP
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting expertise.
