Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Take full responsibility for implementing quality systems and procedures to maintain consistent standards across laboratory operations.

  2. Conduct daily chemical testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods; report results accurately to Manager/Assistant Manager.

  3. Support the adoption of new production technologies by providing input on quality control measures and objectives to enhance overall product quality beyond set targets.

  4. Ensure optimal storage, handling, and maintenance of daily produced items, raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products through best practices.

  5. Review and reset quality-related objectives within the QC department as delegated by superiors to achieve higher performance levels.

  6. Act as the responsible person for machine spare parts quality; ensure supplied items meet specified standards, timings, and specifications by reporting issues to Manager/Assistant Manager for resolution.

  7. Diligently execute all assigned check points provided by Manager/Assistant Manager with full commitment.

  8. Demonstrate thorough understanding of ISO systems and actively implement them in daily practices.

  9. Promptly and faithfully carry out any additional duties assigned by superiors as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc/M.Sc in Industrial Chemistry (IC) or B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry.

  • Skills: Laboratory Management, Laboratory Testing, and Team Leading Skills.

  • Other Qualifications: Proficiency in Computer applications (MS Office, Excel for data analysis) and English communication (spoken and written).

  • Working Experience: Minimum 1 year in laboratory testing, quality control, or related manufacturing environment (chemical industry preferred).
