Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure timely and effective contract completion.
  • Coordinate and conduct company license applications, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
  • Collect, organize, and securely maintain all company legal and statutory documents.
  • Monitor company processes and operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Liaise with government authorities, external lawyers, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.
  • Identify potential legal risks and report issues to management with practical recommendations.
  • Support management in legal matters related to business operations and corporate governance.
  • Maintain proper contract and legal document tracking and filing systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in legal, contracts, or compliance-related roles.
  • Basic knowledge of contract law, corporate regulations, and licensing processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational and document management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
