An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Assist the Head of Legal in the management of the overall legal needs and requirements of the company.
  • Provide timely and responsive legal research, review, advice, and/or documentation to the Legal Division and its Departments of the company by preparing legal documents and corporate correspondence. 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various agencies of government.
  • Accompany the Head of Legal to the clients and coordinate with them.
  • Help the company’s management team to design strategic plans and objectives, review key documents and records, and analyze and identify current and projected legal needs of the company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Law or Legal Management or equivalent 
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a reputable law firm in the areas of, but not limited to, corporate law, litigation, labor law, civil law, and/or taxation.
  • With good communication skills.
  • Proven track record and experience in a similar role;
  • Strong legal function administration skills;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Fluent in English
  • Effective task management
  • Candidate with law license will be preferable
  • Experience working with Telecom legislation will be considered as a plus
